Our non-contentious construction team focuses on large-scale construction and engineering projects whether in Belgium or on an international basis. We regularly act on landmark commercial real estate developments and on major infrastructure, PFI/PPP and energy projects. Our clients include governments, leading developers, financiers and major contractors.

In the construction sector we recently advised on agreements for the construction of airport terminals, shopping centers, electric power plants, tunnels, waste disposal facilities and water sanitation plants. We work closely with our leading edge real estate team.

In the energy sector we recently advised on the privatisation of the power distribution network of large companies, on the purchase of electricity in a liberalised market and on gas transportation through the gas distribution network.
