EU, competition and regulated markets
Stibbe has a long standing and well established experience in EU and competition law. Our EU/Competition Law practice in Brussels consists of 6 lawyers, two of whom are partners. Our office has assisted clients in landmark cases in the EU and Belgium and is recommended in numerous publications (such as Chambers Global, European Legal 500, etc.).
Our EU/Competition practice group assists companies, multinationals, associations, national and international governments and institutions with advice, as well as in litigation and notifications. Its areas of practice include:

Litigation (including informal contacts) encompasses assisting clients before the European Court of Justice, the Court of First Instance, the EC Commission, the Benelux Court, national courts and competition authorities.
