Work ethics have become the new issue in good governance and human resources.

We have particular expertise in advising and assisting clients wanting to implement ethical codes and drawing up corporate governance charters (Lippens Code and Buysse Code).

This expertise is intimately linked to the full-service vision of our firm to the extent that the drafting of such charters and codes also requires the intervention of specialists from our Corporate/Finance and IT & Communications departments (management buy-outs, shareholders’ agreements, data protection, etc.).
