On Thursday 25 February 2010, Stibbe organises a seminar entitled "Recent developments in the Belgian digital landscape". The venue is Stibbe's office (Central Plaza) in Brussels.

 

The pace of technological developments is relentless. Numerous ICT projects are being set up, both in the private and public sector. In this respect, what are the main pitfalls you have to watch out for in the current economic climate? How can you limit the risks of such projects? How should you deal with the rise of social media such as Facebook, Netlog and Twitter? And how can you come up with evidence in litigation regarding such projects or technologies? High time for an update on the legal aspects of a number of recent developments in the Belgian digital landscape. This seminar will also offer ample opportunities to put questions to the panel of speakers on actual issues that may be of particular concern to the participants. Presentations will be held in French or Dutch.
