Olivier Clevenbergh is mainly active in (national and international) mergers and acquisitions and in corporate law. He advises corporate clients as well as investment banks and private equity funds with respect to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, public takeovers and IPOs.
Furthermore, Olivier Clevenbergh is active in the field of distribution law (essentially franchise). He also deals with litigation in the areas mentioned above.
Olivier Clevenbergh is the Managing Partner of Stibbe Brussels since 2005.
