Jean-Pierre Fierens focuses on corporate law and distribution law. Furthermore, he is a CEDR (Center for Effective Dispute Resolution) Accredited Mediator and he was President of the Dutch-speaking Bar Council of Brussels from 1998 until 2000.
Jean-Pierre Fierens has published numerous articles on judicial law and distribution law in the Journal des Tribunaux, the Rechtskundig Weekblad and in the Revue de Droit Commercial Belge.
